Started his career as a sales executive in the telecom industry out of clearwater Florida, from there deployed ITC Global presence in West Africa as Regional Manager, participated in the growing the business until its acquisition by Panasonic in 2015. Launched IBS group in 2010 as a mining services company and grew it to become one of Guineas leading Mining supplies and services company in Guinea representing major Internatinal technology houses on the Guinean Market (Cummins, Siemens, Timken). IBS participates in all the major infrastructure and mining developments in Guinea. Aguibou Graduated from the University of North Carolina in CHarlotte with a BSBA in Finance, j Award Guinea entrepreneur of the year in 2017, and made his entry in the top 100 Africa Choiseul Institute List for top Economic players on the continent for the past 3 years.
