Alessandro Nanotti, Vivo Energy


Mr. Alessandro Nanotti is Head of LNG and Natural Gas for Vivo Energy. He has over 18 years’ international experience as a commercial, negotiations and business development manager in the energy sector managing, from a legal, commercial, fiscal and contractual point of view, some of the world’s most complex energy projects in Africa, the Far East and Central Asia. He previously worked in oil, gas, LNG and power with Eni SpA, covering a variety of activities including cross-border commercial negotiations, business development, contract management, corporate strategy, origination and strategic business consulting. 

 

His domain of expertise include Petroleum, Natural Gas, CNG and LNG contracts, sustainability projects, the energy transition to a low carbon economy, risk analysis, M&A and project finance activities.

 

He holds a B.S. in international law and economics, with a minor in corporate strategy, from Bocconi University, and an M.A. in International Affairs, with a focus on the geopolitics of energy, from the International Institute of Political Studies (ISPI), both in Milano, Italy. In addition to his native Italian, he speaks English, French and Portuguese.
