François has been active in the Industrial Goods for 10+ years with focus on the natural resources industries (mining and oil & gas). He has worked in most French speaking mining countries in Africa with regular work in Guinea since 2017. In mining, François focuses on some key commodities (bauxite/aluminum, iron ore and copper) and has led not only strategic projects (industrial strategy reviews, ESG setups,…) but also pure operation improvements programs. François joined BCG in 2016 and before worked at Deloitte as an auditor with focus on industrial clients.
