Simone is a business development manager with extensive experience in the African market for Tesmec Group.
Experience that he developed by working in the pipeline trenching first when he decided to move to South Africa (2009) and then evolved in Surface Mining machines solutions after venturing with Tesmec into Mining sector.
With a strong engineering background (Simone has a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering obtained at Universita degli studi di Bergamo in Italy and has a specialization in construction technologies) he helped Tesmec Group to develop the right solutions for any segment they serve.
Simone likes to have an hands on approach with customers and problems and likes to get his hands dirty.
His greatest achievement has been the starting up and growing of Tesmec local South African office which now counts 24 employees.
A 4 languages speaker, avid African culture passionate, and petrol head enthusiast, he spends his spare time with his family and repairing cars and engines.
